1. Returns Policy
Standard Products (Non-Customized Items)
You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.
2. Customized / Personalized Items
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
The only exception is if the customized item is broken, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
If a customized item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size or product defects (subject to stock availability).
Customized items cannot be exchanged unless damaged or defective.
